Fractional CTO for Strategic Systems Review

I need an experienced CTO to partner with me in sharpening our overall technology strategy and giving clearer leadership to the development effort behind my live website and related applications.

We will start with the public-facing site and every customer interface, then move straight to security, user-data handling and access controls, rounding it off with a close look at code quality, hosting setup and overall system reliability. Your audit should surface hidden vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks and any architectural debt that might slow future growth.

Once the findings are in, I want them distilled into an actionable roadmap that balances quick wins with longer-term strategic moves. As you do this, you will also coach the existing developers, introducing best-practice processes that keep everyone aligned with the new direction.
