Fractional CMO: Amplify Hardware Brand

I’m looking for a seasoned Fractional CMO who can take our door and furniture hardware business from “best-kept secret” to a name professionals recall first. The single, clear objective is brand awareness, and the first battlefield is Facebook.
Here’s what I need from you: begin with a fast but thorough audit of our current positioning, visuals, and messaging, then translate the findings into a Facebook-centric growth roadmap. That roadmap should cover audience definition, creative angles, posting cadence, paid-ads structure, and the metrics we will watch weekly. Content marketing and PR may come later, yet your immediate focus is crafting a social media strategy that makes our products impossible to ignore in newsfeeds.
Deliverables
• Audit report with key insights and quick-win recommendations
• Three-month Facebook strategy deck, including organic and paid tactics
• First month’s content calendar (copy, creative direction, and ad specs)
• KPI dashboard template and instructions so my team can track reach, engagement, and CTR after launch
Acceptance criteria: the plan is actionable without guessing, aligns with realistic budget tiers, and gives us month-over-month targets for impressions and engagement growth.
If you’ve scaled niche B2B or building-product brands on Facebook before, I’d love to see how you did it and discuss next steps.
