I need an attorney who is already admitted in any federal district court and is willing to seek admission in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. My corporation is the named borrower, I am the guarantor, and I will continue to appear pro se; you will be counsel of record for the company only.

Scope of work
• Enter a notice of appearance and complete the simple admission process for the Fourth Circuit.
• Electronically sign and file the motions and briefs that I draft and you approve of. The matter will proceed entirely on written submissions—no oral argument is expected.
• Alert me to any weaknesses you may see. I am relying on my experience as a lender to structure my usury defense.

Context
I will take responsibility for researching, writing, and formatting all briefs in full compliance with the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure; your role is to provide the federal-court bar signature, review for accuracy, and address any clerical or procedural issues the clerk’s office raises.

Deliverables
1. Successful application submission to the Fourth Circuit for you as corporate counsel.
2. Timely electronic filing of each motion or brief (with your review notes returned to me in advance).
3. A short closing memo confirming that all appellate deadlines have been met once the court rules.

If you are in good standing with any U.S. district court and comfortable acting as reviewing counsel on a motions-only appeal, let’s discuss next steps.
