Formula 1 spoiler/aileron STL Refinement

I already own an STL of a Formula One spoiler/aileron, but I'd like to make some adjustments to the panels/wing. Your task is to keep the overall proportions of that file while adjusting the size and angles of the wing so the contours look fluid and true to a real F1 profile (see picture)
The remodel will be used exclusively for 3D printing a physical piece, so the mesh must be watertight, free of non-manifold edges and thin walls, and able to slice without repair in BambuLab. Mounting holes and proportions should not change.
You may work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Blender or any tool you prefer, as long as the exported STL prints; AI-generated mockups or tools are not acceptable
Deliverables
• One version of the wing as high-resolution STL, ready to print
• Native design file (STEP or equivalent) so I can tweak mounting points later
I have on hand the the original STL (TestPiece.obj) and reference pictures showing the desired panel/wing placement.
