Formstack Form Merge & Workflows

I already have two live Formstack forms that collect overlapping information. I need them merged into one streamlined form while preserving (and, where helpful, improving) every existing field, calculation, and file-upload setting.
Once the single form is in place, submissions must automatically route to different reviewers or approvers according to three answer groups:
• the type of request chosen
• the department or location selected
• the amount, priority, or risk level indicated
Please build this logic with Formstack’s native Workflow/Approvals tools so notifications, reminders, and status tracking work end-to-end without manual intervention. I will provide access to both current forms, our design assets, and a list of approvers.
Acceptance criteria
1. One combined Formstack form replaces the two originals and passes internal QA.
2. Conditional routing sends each submission to the correct person or queue based on the three answer groups above.
3. All reviewers receive clear, branded email alerts and can approve or reject directly from the workflow.
4. Confirmation emails reach the submitter after final approval, reflecting the outcome and next steps.
5. I receive a brief hand-off note (or loom walkthrough) outlining how to adjust routing rules in the future.
