Forms Digitization & Categorization -- 2

I have a backlog of paper-based forms and applications that must be brought into a fully searchable digital archive. Your task is to take each form, convert it into a clean, text-searchable PDF (or an agreed spreadsheet/database format when fields allow), and store it inside a well-structured folder system organised strictly by category.

Accuracy is critical: every form has to be captured in full, with legible text produced through OCR where possible and key fields double-checked for typos. I will supply clear naming conventions and the list of categories so you know exactly where every file belongs.

Please use any reliable combination of high-resolution scanning, Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or comparable OCR/data-entry tools—whatever delivers the clearest result. A quick sample batch will be reviewed first; once it passes, the remainder can be processed in rolling uploads so progress is easy to track.

Deliverables
• Searchable PDFs (or agreed data files) for each form/application
• Folder hierarchy that mirrors the provided category list
• One summary spreadsheet logging file name, category, and date processed
