Form US LLC & Digital Bank

I live in India and want to establish a Delaware-registered LLC that will operate strictly as an online services and freelancing venture. I also need a fully functional U.S.-based digital business bank account set up in the company’s name so I can invoice American clients and receive payments without delays.

Here’s what I’m expecting:

• Complete formation of the Delaware LLC, including Articles of Organization, operating agreement, and state filing confirmation.
• EIN acquisition from the IRS.
• Guidance through any KYC or compliance steps an Indian founder must clear.
• Opening of a U.S. digital banking account (Mercury, Brex, Relay, or a similar FDIC-insured option) with online access, debit card, and ACH/wire capability.
• All paperwork and login credentials delivered securely once approvals are in place.

If there is a more advantageous state or banking platform for my situation, I’m open to your recommendation provided it maintains the same tax efficiency and low annual fees Delaware is known for.

The assignment is complete once the LLC is active, the EIN is issued, and I can successfully log in to the new U.S. digital bank account and see the company listed as account holder.
