Form Transcription to Excel

I have a collection of uniform forms that must be transcribed into an Excel workbook. Although the layout of each form is the same and most fields are typed, several boxes include handwritten notes that need to be captured accurately.

I need every field moved into clearly labeled columns, using proper data types where possible (dates as dates, numbers as numbers, etc.). Once all records are in Excel, please apply built-in data-validation rules—drop-downs, input limits, or conditional formatting—so obvious entry errors are flagged immediately and I can filter or sort the file with confidence.

Deliverables
• A single, tidy .xlsx file containing all records from the forms
• Data-validation rules in place and tested
• A brief note describing any illegible or ambiguous handwriting you encounter and how you handled it
