Form Data Entry to Word

I have a stack of printed forms that need to be reproduced in Microsoft Word. Each form has clearly defined fields (name, date, reference number, comments, etc.), and I will supply a template where those fields are already laid out. Your task is to read every printed document and type the information into the matching fields of the Word file—no free-form text, no layout changes, just accurate, line-for-line data entry.
Accuracy matters more than speed: spelling, punctuation, and the placement of each entry must mirror the original form. I will spot-check the first few files and again at completion, so consistency throughout is essential. The finished deliverable is one Word document per source form, saved in .docx format and named exactly as instructed (I’ll provide the naming convention up front).
If you use any OCR tools, double-check the output manually; the final result must be 100 % error-free.
