Form Copy Typing With Layout

I have a batch of printed forms that must be re-keyed word-for-word into an editable digital file while preserving every line, box, and spacing detail exactly as it appears on paper. Accuracy matters more than speed, but I would like a prompt turnaround once the first sample page is approved.

The work involves:
• Retyping each form into Microsoft Word (or an equivalent that I can easily edit later).
• Mirroring the original layout—tables, headers, checkboxes, signature lines, and any fine print must sit in the same positions.
• Delivering clean, proof-read files free of stray spaces or formatting artifacts.
