I need a developer to tighten up two core flows on wakkagescrow.com so the site feels seamless to every visitor.
First, the “Forgot Password” form must send a verification code by email the instant a user submits their address. The goal is to improve the overall experience, not simply add another security layer, so I want a short, well-formatted message with a time-limited code that brings the user straight to the reset screen once they enter it. The underlying mechanics are already in place for other transactional emails, so this task is mainly about wiring the trigger, generating the code, and handling expiry.
Second, any offer a seller posts should immediately appear on the public home feed. Right now new listings save correctly but do not surface for unauthenticated visitors. I need the query or cache rule that powers the feed adjusted so every valid offer is visible to everyone the moment it is published, enabling buyers to discover and strike a deal without delay.
Deliverables
• Functional email-verification-code flow for password resets, fully tested in production
• Home-feed update that shows all newly posted offers in real time
• Brief summary of code changes and any settings that require future adjustment
I will provide repository access and current mail credentials; please commit granular changes so I can review them easily. Once both items pass live testing, the job is done.
