Forensic Audio Cleanup & Transcript

I have a ten-minute MP3/WAV in which two people are speaking from behind a couple of walls. At present I can make out the voices, but most words remain muffled and indistinct. What I need is a full, time-stamped transcript that captures every intelligible word—and pushes clarity as far as current forensic techniques allow.

Please apply your preferred toolkit—iZotope RX, Cedar, spectral editing, dynamic EQ, noise profiling, or any other specialist processes—to lift the dialogue, reduce the bleed-through noise, and reveal anything that can be salvaged. If certain passages remain unintelligible after exhaustive treatment, simply flag them with a timestamp and an “[inaudible]” marker in the transcript so I know precisely where the limits lie.

Deliverables
• Restored audio file at the highest practical quality (same sample rate as source)
• Verbatim transcript with timestamps, clearly noting any still-inaudible sections
