Food Scientist for Plant Based Pudding Brand

I am looking for an experienced Food Scientist or Food Product Developer to refine recipes for a premium plant based chocolate chia seed pudding brand. The product concept and flavours are already established, and I need an expert to improve flavour and texture, scale recipes for commercial production, extend shelf life, advise on ingredients and manufacturing, help achieve nutritional goals, and provide guidance on food safety and retail readiness. Experience with plant based foods, chilled desserts, dairy alternatives, and retail food products is preferred.
