Hello, I am looking for an experienced freelancer to **build a brand-new Jotform from scratch** for a food pantry. I do not have an existing form or template. The freelancer will be responsible for creating and configuring the entire form and its workflows.
**IMPORTANT: My maximum budget is $50. This is a firm, non-negotiable budget. Please DO NOT bid if your price exceeds $50 or if you cannot complete the project by Wednesday or sooner.**
The purpose of this form is to allow individuals to place food pantry orders online while providing staff with an easy way to manage, track, and fulfill those orders.
**Required Features:**
1. **Customer Information:** Collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other necessary information.
2. **Food Selection:** Allow individuals to select available food items and quantities.
3. **Automatic Order Confirmation:** Send an email immediately after an order is submitted.
4. **Live Submission Dashboard:** Allow staff to view and manage incoming orders in real time.
5. **Order Status Tracking:** Include Pending, Preparing, Ready for Pickup, and Completed statuses.
6. **Automatic Pickup Notifications:** When staff change an order's status to "Ready for Pickup," an email must automatically be sent to the individual.
7. **Pickup Information:** Include pickup dates, times, and locations.
8. **Inventory Management:** Track available food items and prevent individuals from ordering out-of-stock products, if possible.
9. **Duplicate Order Prevention:** Prevent multiple orders from the same individual within a designated period.
10. **Reporting:** Allow staff to export order records and track the number of individuals served.
11. **Pickup Confirmation:** Include a "Picked Up" button or status that staff can select once an order has been collected.
**Additional Requirements:**
- This is a completely new build. There is no existing form to recreate or modify.
- The form must be mobile-friendly, professional, and easy to navigate.
- Staff should be able to manage orders without needing technical experience.
- All automated emails and workflows must be properly configured and tested.
- The freelancer must provide a demonstration of the complete ordering and pickup notification process.
- The completed form and workflows must be transferred to or configured within my Jotform account.
- Please identify any features that require paid subscriptions or third-party integrations before beginning the project.
**The most important feature is the automated pickup notification system.** Staff must be able to update an order's status to "Ready for Pickup," and the system should automatically send an email informing the individual that their order is ready.
