I’m ready to launch an online store that sells tangible, shippable products and need someone who can take the project from concept to live site. The core objective is simple: create a reliable e-commerce website where customers can browse, add items to a cart, pay securely, and track their orders.
Here’s what matters most to me:
• A clean, responsive storefront that looks great on desktop and mobile
• Easy-to-manage product catalog with variants, stock levels, and high-resolution images
• Smooth checkout flow with major payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit) and real-time shipping rates
• Automated order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking links
• Basic on-page SEO, performance optimization, and analytics integration so I can monitor sales
You’re free to suggest the best platform—whether that’s Shopify, WooCommerce, or another proven solution—as long as it can scale and I can handle day-to-day updates without needing a developer for every tweak.
Deliverables:
1. Fully functional website on the agreed platform, hosted and live
2. Initial setup of product categories, sample items, tax, and shipping zones
3. Admin hand-off session (video or written guide) so I know how to add products and process orders
If you have experience building stores for physical goods—especially with shipping logistics—let’s talk about timelines and the tools you’d recommend to hit the ground running.
