Food Delivery App With Tracking

I’m looking for an experienced mobile app developer to build a straightforward food-delivery application whose core function is real-time order tracking. The user experience should let customers place an order and then follow its status—preparation, pick-up, and on-the-way—until it arrives at their door.

At this stage I only need the tracking flow working flawlessly from both the customer and driver sides. Other common modules such as user registration or in-app payments can remain placeholders for now; clean stubs or well-commented hooks that allow easy expansion later will be appreciated.

Please propose the tech stack you feel delivers the most reliable live-tracking performance (popular choices like Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin, Firebase, or similar are fine so long as the tracking is smooth and accurate). I’ll review builds iteratively, so a short milestone plan—prototype, beta, and polished release—will help us stay on the same page.
