Food Catalogue Redesign & Update

I already have a full PDF catalogue in circulation; it just needs a refresh. I will supply the file, a list of the dishes that must be swapped in, the new logo, pricing, and my current brand guidelines so colour use and typography stay consistent with everything else we print.

Your job is to open the PDF, replace the indicated items, drop in clear price tags where noted, and polish the layout so the finished piece still feels like the original—only sharper. I’m expecting a clean, press-ready file (CMYK, 300 dpi) that my printer can use without further tweaks, plus an editable source file for future updates.

If you have handled restaurant menus or food catalogues before, link me to two or three samples when you reply. Let me know how soon you can turn this around and what you would charge for the full update. Accuracy and a quick handover will be the deciding factors.
