Foam Trucker Cap Tech Pack

I’m gearing up to produce a foam-front, mesh-back trucker cap for my clothing brand and need a detailed, manufacturer-ready tech pack. The style is the classic high-profile cap with a snap enclosure, and the front panel will feature a printed graphic—no embroidery or woven patches this time.

What I need is a clear document that spells out every measurement, material, and construction note the factory will ask for: crown height, panel shapes, brim specifications, foam density, mesh weight, stitch counts, and exact graphic placement with Pantone call-outs. Include call-outs for trims such as the plastic snap, internal sweatband, top button, and any labels.

Deliverables
• Editable tech pack file (AI, PDF, or Excel) with labeled layers
• Print-ready artwork board showing bleed, size, and Pantone references
• Sourcing notes for fabrics, foam, mesh, and closures

Acceptance will be based on confirmation from my supplier that no additional information is needed to sample the cap. Please share a previous headwear tech pack if you have one so I can move quickly.
