Flutter Web Theme Refresh

My current website is built with Flutter Web and runs smoothly, but the look and feel no longer match my brand. I’m ready to roll out a fresh, cohesive theme—new colour palette, typography, spacing, component styling, and optional dark/light modes—without touching the underlying business logic.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Audit the existing codebase and identify every widget that relies on ThemeData.
• Produce an updated ThemeData file (Material 3 preferred) with a clear, extensible structure: ColourScheme, TextTheme, ElevatedButtonTheme, InputDecorationTheme, etc.
• Refactor shared widgets so they fully respect the new theme.
• Ensure responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
• Deliver everything through a Git pull request, including a concise README that explains how to extend or roll back the theme.

Acceptance criteria
• The project compiles in release mode with Flutter 3.x.
• The new theme appears consistently on every page.
• No functional regressions; Lighthouse performance 90 + remains intact.

I’ll provide Git access, brand guidelines, and screenshots of the desired aesthetic. Whether you prefer to start from a premium template, implement Material 3 out of the box, or craft something completely custom, I’m open to suggestions—just outline your approach and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Flutter DevTools, etc.).
