This project involves building a brand-new utility mobile application in Flutter for simultaneous release on Android and iOS. The audience is the general public, so the interface must feel instantly familiar and intuitive to users who may not be tech-savvy.

Core objectives
• A clean, modern UI that follows Material 3 / Cupertino guidelines as appropriate
• Smooth navigation and fully responsive layouts that adapt from small phones to large tablets
• Snappy performance with careful state management and optimized build sizes
• Production-ready, well-structured Dart code with meaningful comments, clear folder architecture, and null-safety throughout
• Comprehensive testing: unit, widget, and integration tests covering critical paths

Project scope
1. High-fidelity designs translated into Flutter widgets (Figma files will be supplied at kick-off or created collaboratively if you also offer design).
2. Implementation of the agreed utility features (detailed feature list will be finalised together; scalability is a priority).
3. Local and remote data handling set up for offline/online parity.
4. CI/CD configuration so every commit builds and runs automated tests.
5. Store-ready releases (Google Play & App Store) including icons, screenshots, and privacy labels.

Deliverables
• Complete Flutter source code in a Git repository
• Test reports and coverage summary
• APK, AAB, and iOS archive ready for upload
• Brief hand-off document explaining project structure and build commands

Acceptance criteria
– All screens match design specs within 2 px tolerance
