Flutter Patient App Development

I need a skilled Flutter developer to translate our existing CodeIgniter 4 patient web portal into a polished Android and iOS mobile experience. The REST APIs are already live; your task is to consume them and deliver a fast, intuitive app that patients will love using every day.

Core scope
The app must let patients sign in with their mobile number and a one-time code, then securely surface everything they can already do on the web: review prescriptions, lab reports, medical records, appointment schedules, profile details, push notifications, and their payment history.

Appointments are central. Users must be able to view upcoming or past visits, book or request new ones, and cancel or reschedule when plans change—with real-time updates flowing to the CI4 backend.

• Flutter codebase that compiles cleanly for both Android and iOS
• Pixel-perfect UI that feels native on each platform
• Seamless integration with our existing REST endpoints (no backend work required)
• Clear, modular structure so our in-house team can extend it later
• Proper error handling, offline states, and secure storage of session tokens
• Firebase or a similar service wired up for push notifications

Deliverables
1. Source code in a private Git repository with readable commit history
2. Build-ready Android (APK/AAB) and iOS (IPA) packages
3. API environment file and brief setup guide so we can run the project locally
4. One round of bug-fixing after internal QA
