Flutter Mobile UI Refresh

I have a Flutter-based mobile app whose visuals and flow no longer feel as polished as they should. Rather than starting from scratch, I want a thoughtful overhaul of the existing interface—specifically the home screen and the overall navigation structure—to make the experience cleaner, faster to grasp, and consistent with current Material 3 guidelines.

You will take the current Dart code and widget tree, diagnose pain points, and propose refreshed layouts, colour hierarchy, and animation cues that lift clarity without bloating the build size. Usability is the priority, so every change should be justified by real UX value: quicker first-task completion, reduced cognitive load, and an intuitive menu hierarchy.

Deliverables
• High-fidelity mock-ups or Figma frames showing the reworked home screen and navigation flow
• Corresponding Flutter implementation (clean, commented Dart code) ready to merge into the existing repo
• A short hand-off note explaining design rationale and any new dependencies

I will grant you access to the current Git repository as soon as we agree on the milestones. If you have shipped Flutter apps before and can point to examples where you successfully improved onboarding or core navigation, I would love to see them.
