My retail business is ready to launch an end-to-end e-commerce presence built entirely with Flutter. I want a single code-base that delivers:

• Native-quality mobile apps for Android and iOS
• A web build that looks and performs perfectly on both desktop and mobile screens

Core features I expect in the first release:
• Secure user registration / social login
• Hero banners, category grid and personalised product feed on the home screen
• Catalog with search, filters and detailed product pages (images, variants, reviews)
• Cart, wishlist and address book tied to the user profile
• Checkout powered by Stripe, with real-time order confirmation
• Order tracking and push notifications at each status change
• Profile section where customers can view and edit their data, addresses and past orders
• Admin console (web) to manage products, categories, inventory, users and orders
• REST / GraphQL API layer or Firebase backend—whichever you prefer—but the code must be clean, modular and documented so future devs can extend it easily

Design: I don’t have a fixed UI yet, so I’ll rely on you for modern, responsive design proposals that match current e-commerce UX standards.

Acceptance criteria
1. All listed features function smoothly on Android, iOS and modern browsers.
2. Payments process successfully in Stripe test and live modes.
3. Page-load and app startup times stay within best-practice thresholds.
4. Source code is handed over in a well-structured repo with README and build instructions.

When you reply, please include:
• Links or APKs to previous Flutter e-commerce work
• A high-level milestone timeline (design, development, testing, release)
• Your total cost and any assumptions that affect it

I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on scope and timeline.
