I’m ready to turn a clear concept for a real-estate mobile app into a production-ready Flutter build and have it live on Google Play. The core stack is non-negotiable—Flutter for the front end so we can maintain a single codebase while still delivering native performance.
What the app must do
• Property search with fine-grained filters so users can quickly drill down by price, location, bedrooms, etc.
• Secure user registration, login, and editable profiles.
• In-app messaging that lets buyers, renters, and agents communicate without leaving the platform.
• Seamless third-party integrations:
– Payment gateways for reservation fees or featured listings.
– Map services to display listings, calculate distances, and provide turn-by-turn directions.
– A CRM hook so new leads created in the app flow directly into our existing sales pipeline.
End goal & deliverables
1. Clean, well-documented Flutter source code backed by state-management best practices.
2. Fully functional Android release build that passes all Play Store checks.
3. A signed .aab package uploaded and published under my developer account, including store listing assets (screenshots, short description, privacy policy link).
4. Brief walk-through or hand-over notes so my team can handle routine updates.
