Flutter Developer for Ride-Hailing App Customization

I am looking for an experienced Flutter developer who already has a ready-made ride-hailing/taxi source code or has previously developed an application similar to DiDi, DiDi Flex, or InDrive.

IMPORTANT:
I do NOT want to build the entire application from scratch.

My preferred solution is:
Existing Source Code + Customization

If you already have a working taxi/ride-hailing application with similar features, I would like to use your existing application/source code and customize it according to my requirements.

My total initial budget is approximately $300–$400.

PROJECT:

I want to launch a ride-hailing application in Libya.

The application should be similar in functionality to DiDi Egypt / DiDi Flex, especially the flexible fare system.

2. FLEXIBLE FARE / FARE NEGOTIATION

This is one of the most important features.

Example:

System suggested fare:
15 LYD

The passenger can modify/increase the fare:

15 LYD → 17 LYD → 20 LYD

The ride request is then shown to nearby drivers.

Driver can:
- Accept the offered fare
- Reject the request
- Make a counter-offer if supported

If nobody accepts, the passenger can increase the fare and resend the request.

Once a driver accepts, the final fare is locked.

I need this workflow to be demonstrated in your existing application/demo.

5. WALLET SYSTEM

A) CASH

Passenger → Driver

The passenger pays the driver directly in cash.

The system records the trip and calculates the platform commission.

Example:

Trip fare = 20 LYD
Commission = 15%

Passenger pays 20 LYD cash to driver.

Platform commission = 3 LYD.

The system records the commission owed by the driver.

B) RIDER WALLET

The Admin can manually top up the Rider Wallet initially.

If the passenger chooses Rider Wallet:

Trip fare = 20 LYD

Rider Wallet:
-20 LYD

Driver Wallet:
+20 LYD

Platform Commission:
-3 LYD

Driver Net Earnings:
+17 LYD

The Admin must be able to:
- Top up rider wallet
- Deduct rider balance
- Adjust balances
- Add/deduct driver balance
- View transaction history
- View wallet balances
- View transfers

6. PLATFORM COMMISSION

Admin should be able to configure the commission percentage.

For example:
10%, 15%, 20%.

The commission should be automatically calculated after a completed trip.

7. FUTURE PAYMENT

Online payment gateways and Libyan payment services will be integrated later.

The current version only needs:
- Cash
- Rider Wallet

The architecture should allow online payment integration later.

8. TECHNOLOGY
