Flutter Developer for Real Estate CRM

DH Broker CRM is a mobile CRM built for individual real estate brokers in the U.S. market. Each broker logs in and manages their own client pipeline — contact info, income, city/region, property type, buy/rent intent, and a 5-stage sales funnel (Lead → Contact Made → Visited Property → Proposal → Closed) — plus document uploads (photos/PDFs) per client. It's a solo-built, working app that's functional but pre-launch (not yet published to the Play Store), and we're looking for a developer to take it from "working prototype" to a product we keep building on.

The existing code is clean and reasonably small (~3,500 lines of Dart), with no legacy mess to untangle — a good base for someone who wants to own a project rather than patch one.

Known gaps / near-term housekeeping

- No in-app PDF preview (only images preview today)
- Firebase Storage is pinned to a Blaze (pay-as-you-go) plan that hasn't been finalized — document upload isn't fully live yet
- Thin automated test coverage (one widget test file)
- No version control set up yet — this will need to be established early (we're flexible on GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
- Not yet submitted to the Play Store (signing config scaffolded, not finalized)

What we're looking for

This isn't just a punch-list job — we want someone who can take ownership and help extend the product, not just finish it. Examples of the kind of feature work on the table (open to discussion/prioritization together, not a fixed spec):

- Multi-broker/team visibility (e.g., a broker-office admin view)
- Reminders/notifications (follow-up nudges on stale leads)
- Visit/appointment scheduling tied to the funnel
- Reporting/analytics (conversion rates by stage, source, region)
- In-app PDF viewer; improved offline support
- Possible iOS release down the line

We'll also need the housekeeping items above handled along the way (currency/locale alignment, tests, version control, Storage/Blaze finalization, Play Store submion growing the app, not just shipping whatexists.
Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart in production apps
- Solid Firebase experience: Firestore data modeling, security rules, Auth, Storage
- Comfortable with Riverpod (or similar state management) and go_router (or similar declarative routing)
- Experience with Android release builds (signing, app bundles, Play Console submission)
- Comfortable setting up things like version control and basic test coverage on a project that doesn't have them yet

Nice to have

- Experience with real estate / sales-pipeline CRM products, especially U.S.-market concepts like MLS data or lead-source tracking
- Experience with SMS/notification integrations (e.g., Twilio) for lead follow-up
- CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Codemagic, etc.)
- iOS build/release experience
