Flutter-Based Cross-Platform Mobile App Development

The goal is to create a clean, modern cross-platform mobile app using Flutter and Dart.

Requirements:
- Build responsive mobile UI for Android and iOS
- Implement login/register screens with validation
- Create dashboard screen with reusable UI components
- Integrate REST API and handle JSON data
- Display lists and detail pages
- Add search/filter functionality
- Implement local session storage
- Add profile/settings page
- Follow Flutter best practices and clean code structure
