I need a cross-platform mobile application built in Flutter that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android from a single codebase. I will supply detailed wireframes and a full feature list; your task is to turn those into clean, well-structured code that I can install on real devices at the end of each milestone.

Core scope
• Implement user onboarding with Email & Password plus Phone Number verification.
• Build out the main screens shown in the wireframes, following Material / Cupertino guidelines as appropriate.
• Integrate push notifications so users receive timely alerts even when the app is in the background or closed.
• Apply Provider for state management; if you see clear advantages in refining the pattern (e.g., layered providers, change notifiers), explain your approach before you code.
• Supply signed builds (.apk and TestFlight / .ipa) for every milestone so I can install and test on physical devices.

Quality expectations
• Readable, modular Dart code with meaningful folder structure.
• Clear separation of UI, business logic, and data layers.
• In-code comments only where they add value; no commented-out dead code pushed to the repo.
• Consistent naming conventions and linting.
• All network or local-storage calls wrapped so they can be swapped or mocked later.

I will open the repository on GitHub (or your preferred Git provider) and create milestone branches. Each accepted milestone is merged back to main only after the corresponding build installs and behaves as specified.

If you have recent Flutter projects that showcase Provider usage and push notification handling, feel free to point me to them when you place your bid; it will help me gauge fit quickly.
