I need a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer to review, sign, and seal my drawings for a new residential, additions, commercial. The plans are complete, drafted in AutoCAD and exported to PDF, but the county building department requires a Digital PE seal before they will issue the permit.

The work involves:
• Reviewing the full structural set (foundation, framing, roof, wind-load details) for code compliance with the 2023 Florida Building Code and ASCE 7 wind standards.
• Marking up any tweaks needed for compliance or clarity.
• Providing a digitally signed and sealed PDF (or wet-stamped set if required) along with a brief calculation package or summary letter that supports the design.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Drawings carry your active Florida PE seal and signature.
2. Any comments from the building department related to structural design are addressed without additional fees.
3. Final files are accepted by the permit office.

Turnaround within three business days once you receive the drawings would keep my schedule on track. Please confirm your license number, sealing method (digital or wet), and typical review time when you respond. Most of my project a basic. I provide calculation as needed.
