Florida PE Digital Seal

I have a completed a set of construction drawings for a small, two-story addition in Lutz, Pasco County, Florida. The structure uses pre-engineered floor and roof trusses, CMU walls on the first level, and 2 × 6 wood framing on the second. All structural and wind-load calculations have already been performed and has passed.

What I still need is a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer to review the drawings and apply a verifiable digital signature and seal that the Pasco County online permitting portal will accept. A scanned wet stamp or a Photoshop overlay will be rejected—the seal must be the encrypted, digital PE seal recognized by the state’s of Florida's validation software.

Deliverable
• One PDF file of the full drawing set, digitally signed and sealed.
No additional reports, forms, or calculations are required.

Once I receive the sealed PDF, I’ll upload it directly to the county portal, so please ensure your certificate validates without errors.
