Florida LLC Legal Representative Needed

I run a technology-focused LLC registered in Florida and I’m required to keep a local legal representative on file. Your role is straightforward: be available when state, federal, or partner institutions ask for an officially authorized signature.

The documents you may be asked to sign are limited to:
• Contracts we enter into with clients or vendors
• Routine compliance filings with the State of Florida or federal agencies
• Occasional year-end financial statements

Volume is low—often just a few pages each month—but Florida law insists the signer be a resident physically based in the state. Because of that, I can only work with someone who both lives and is legally resident in Florida; please do not apply if you are elsewhere.

I handle all drafting, review, and courier logistics. You simply confirm identity, sign, and return scans or originals as needed. Compensation is a flat $300 per month regardless of whether one or several documents come through, with quick payment via your preferred method.
