Floral Shop Phone Sales Support - REMOTE

I run a small but busy online floral shop and need a friendly voice to greet callers, answer their questions, take phone orders, and resolve any hiccups that arise with deliveries or returns. All conversations happen by phone, so a clear, warm tone and solid command of spoken English are essential.

Here’s what the day-to-day looks like: you’ll log into our cloud phone system from home, pick up inbound calls, guide customers through bouquet choices, enter the order details into our web-based checkout form, and, when necessary, track packages or arrange a replacement. Most customers simply want reassurance that their flowers will arrive on time; the few who call with a complaint expect empathy and quick solutions.

The role is entry-level, and I’m happy to train you on our simple CRM and order screen. What matters more is reliability, a calm manner, and the ability to think on your feet when a customer needs a last-minute arrangement or address change. Because nearly all orders are U.S.-only and same-day shipping rules vary by state, I need someone physically located in the United States—please apply only if you meet that requirement.

Deliverables I’ll look for weekly:
• Accurate order entries with zero payment errors
• A short call log noting any escalated issues and how they were resolved
• Consistently courteous call recordings (I monitor a random sample for quality)
