Floral Border Embroidery Digitizing

I have a series of floral borders that need to be manually digitized in Wilcom. Each border must finish at exactly 4" wide and repeat seamlessly every 6", so the running design looks continuous when tiled. I will supply the artwork; what I need back is a clean, production-ready embroidery file created directly in Wilcom—no auto-digitizing shortcuts.
Because the pattern is floral, I’m looking for thoughtful stitch direction, balanced densities, and smooth pathing that keeps trims and jump stitches to a minimum. Please ensure the repeat aligns perfectly on both ends so the file can be duplicated in the machine without visible breaks.
Deliverables
• Wilcom source file (.EMB) plus any common machine format you recommend (DST, PES, etc.)
• Preview image showing the full 6" repeat and a single 4" section
• Color sequence chart generated by Wilcom
I’ll review the file on-screen and run a sew-out test; final approval is given once the border repeats cleanly and the floral elements retain their detail at actual size. If you’re comfortable crafting stitch-perfect borders in Wilcom, let’s get started.
