I run a flight-booking business that relies heavily on pay-per-click performance and I’m ready to hand the helm of our Google Ads account to someone who lives and breathes the platform. The core markets you’ll be steering are the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, and every action you take should move one needle: qualified lead volume.
Here’s what the role looks like day to day. You will refine keyword lists, sculpt bids, write and test ad copy, keep our conversion tracking watertight and adjust campaigns until cost-per-lead drops and enquiry numbers climb. Because we sell flights, industry familiarity isn’t a nice-to-have—it’s mandatory; you already know the seasonal swings, the OTA landscape and the difference between an interested traveller and a tire-kicker.
We focus exclusively on the Google Search Network for now, so deep experience with search intent modelling, match-type strategy, and smart bidding is vital. If you can also spot gaps for Display or YouTube down the line, great, but search is where you’ll be judged first.
Work is fully remote and I’m flexible on part-time or full-time arrangements as long as results come in. When you respond, attach your CV plus two or three travel-industry case studies that show the kind of lead growth and ROI lift you’ve achieved. Numbers speak louder than adjectives.
Initial deliverables I’ll review during the first month:
• A revamped campaign and ad-group structure tailored to US/UK/AU markets
• A documented keyword and negative-keyword framework
• Conversion tracking audit and fixes, ensuring every booking-engine event fires correctly
• A performance report outlining baseline metrics and 30-day improvements
If you’re confident you can turn clicks into flight enquiries at scale, let’s talk.
