Flexible Jobs Platform for Women

I want to launch a web-based platform that makes it easy for women to discover part-time and other flexible roles that fit around family, study, or personal commitments. The site should be accessible only to female job seekers; there will be no employer or counselor accounts—everything is curated and published from the admin side.

What I need built: a clean, mobile-friendly application where users can register, log in securely, and then browse or search through flexible job listings. Each listing will link either to an external application page or to a simple, built-in application form that forwards submissions to the employer’s email. To keep the focus on speed and usability, I’d like intuitive filters for hours per week, industry, location (or remote), and start date, plus a quick-save feature so users can bookmark positions and return later.

Core expectations
• Modern front-end (React, Vue, or similar) that works smoothly on phones and desktops
• Back-end (Node, Django, Laravel—happy to hear suggestions) with a straightforward admin panel for me to add, edit, or remove listings
• Basic analytics so I can see which roles attract the most attention
• Strong user authentication and simple password-reset flow
• Clear documentation covering setup, deployment, and how to add new jobs

Acceptance criteria
1. A new user can register, confirm their account, and log in in under two minutes.
2. From login to finding at least five relevant roles via filters/search takes no more than three clicks.
3. All pages score 90+ on Google Lighthouse mobile performance.
4. Admin can publish, unpublish, or edit a listing without touching code.
5. Codebase installs and runs locally with a single command and deploys to a cloud host (AWS, Vercel, or similar) via README instructions.
