FleetSquad Full-Stack Build

I already have polished desktop and mobile layouts for FleetSquad.com; what’s missing is the code that brings them to life. I need those screens sliced into clean, responsive HTML/CSS and wired up to a robust back-end with four distinct roles: Customers, Mechanics, Admins, and Managers.

Core requirements
• Front-end: pixel-perfect implementation of both layouts, adaptive across modern browsers and devices.
• Back-end: secure authentication, separate dashboards for each role, service-request workflow, and a scalable relational database to store users, vehicles, jobs, and payment records.
• Payments: Stripe API integration so we can capture, hold, and release charges directly from the platform.
• Notifications: two-way SMS triggers that alert customers, mechanics, admins, and managers as orders move through each status. Twilio (or similar) is fine—just outline your preferred solution.

Please highlight relevant experience building comparable marketplaces or role-based platforms, especially if you’ve handled Stripe and SMS before. A brief outline of your proposed tech stack and timeline will help me shortlist quickly.
