I need the complete experimental cycle for thrust-generation research on a set of fixed-pitch propellers, followed by a concise, professional engineering report that stands on its own for peer review.

Scope of work
You will design and run a bench-top test that captures thrust, torque and the additional parameter I care about—RPM. Accurate synchronisation between the load cell (or thrust stand), torque sensor and optical tachometer is essential so that each data point can be traced back to the same moment in time. Once the data are in hand, reduce them, correct for atmospheric conditions, and compare the results with established propeller momentum theory and blade-element predictions.

What the final package must contain
• Raw and reduced data files in CSV or MATLAB‐readable format
• Clear plots of thrust, torque and efficiency versus RPM, annotated with uncertainty bands
• A written report (≈10–15 pages) in standard engineering format: abstract, methods, results, discussion, conclusions, references. The discussion must highlight any deviation from theory, quantify experimental error, and comment on propulsion system performance implications.

Acceptance criteria
1. Thrust and torque repeatability within ±3 %.
2. RPM measurement error
