Fixed Percentage Profit Sharing System

I need a straightforward system that can take any profit figure I enter, break it down using the same fixed percentage for every registered member, and then log two pieces of information for each payout: the total profit amount and the exact date the distribution was made.

A simple web-based dashboard, a desktop utility, or even a well-structured spreadsheet with scripts is fine—whichever you feel delivers the cleanest workflow and clear audit trail. What matters most is accuracy, an easy way for me to adjust the universal percentage if needed, and a quick view of past distributions so I can confirm when and how much was shared.
