Fix WP Form Email Delivery

My Contact Form 7 messages look like they send correctly, yet no email ever reaches the inbox. I already configured an SMTP plugin and even swapped it for another one as a test, but the result is the same—no error on screen, no message in spam, just silence.

I need you to trace and resolve whatever is blocking or mis-routing the mail so that every submission lands in the client’s mailbox reliably. Please keep the solution lightweight: no additional third-party services, no complex new dashboards, and no requests for broad server access my client would be reluctant to share. WordPress admin and the existing SMTP plugin settings are available; anything beyond that must be justified and minimal.
