Fix Windows Module Runtime Error EOLESYSERROR

An “EOLesyserror” pops up the moment the module starts loading in Windows. The runtime error is triggered during the initialization phase, long before any user-level processing begins.

I do not have the module’s source code, and fixing it should be possible without rebuilding from source. I’m looking for someone who can:

• Trace and isolate the exact cause of the initialization-phase runtime error (dependency, registry key, missing DLL, corrupt COM entry, etc.).
• Repair or replace whatever component is failing so the module loads cleanly.
• Properly register the corrected file in Windows (e.g., regsvr32 or equivalent) and confirm it persists after reboot.
• Provide a concise, step-by-step summary of the fix so I can replicate it on similar machines.

The job is complete when the EOLesyserror no longer appears and the module initializes without issues.
