My Meta Business account and all related business details are fully approved, yet the Message Template section inside WhatsApp Manager (within Meta Business Manager) refuses to open. Each time I click on “Message Templates” I am greeted with the generic “Something went wrong or the page cannot be loaded” error, so I cannot even reach the submission form.
I need someone who already knows the quirks of Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Manager, and the underlying API permissions to trace and eliminate whatever is blocking access. Whether the fix involves correcting roles and system users, cleaning mis-configured WhatsApp Business assets, or nudging Meta support through the right channels, the end result I’m after is simple:
• The Message Templates page loads normally.
• I can submit new templates and they move to “Submitted” without errors.
