Our video-streaming platform is displaying the wrong numbers on every single video, and the issue appears randomly with no obvious trigger. I need someone to audit the counting logic—from the player events and analytics tracking right through to the database queries and cache layers—identify where the inflation or loss happens, and implement a reliable fix so the public counter always matches the real traffic.

You will have access to the codebase, database, and any CDN or analytics dashboards we use. I expect clear documentation of the root cause, the code or configuration changes applied, and a short test plan I can rerun to confirm accuracy after deployment.
