Fix Typos in Scanned PDF

I am looking for an expert in scanned PDF editing for an ultra-precise and discreet modification of a non-official document.

Task:

Document in Portuguese (scanned PDF, 4 pages total)

Replace the text "TRINTA MIL EUROS" with "CINQUENTA E OITO MIL EUROS"

Modification only on page 2 (top of the page)
