Fix PayPal UK Ecommerce Store Compliance

I run an online store through a UK limited company and need to clear a PayPal Business compliance review before 2 December. I want to prepare properly before I file. I’m looking for someone with real experience in e-commerce compliance, policy writing and payment-processor reviews.

Mandatory requirements:

Prior experience helping a business prepare for, or recover from, a PayPal Business compliance review or account limitation
Working knowledge of PayPal’s Business terms, User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy
Solid knowledge of trademark, copyright and IP infringement as it applies to online stores and product listings
Understanding of UK consumer law as it applies to online sales

What I need:

Policy rewrite. I have screenshots of my current refund, shipping, terms of service, privacy and contact pages. I need each one reviewed and rewritten so that it meets UK consumer law (including the 14-day cancellation right for distance sales) and PayPal Buyer Protection expectations.
Company identity on the site. Add the company name, registration number, registered office and contact details in the right places (footer, contact page, terms, privacy).
Product page review. Check my product pages for third-party trademark, copyright or IP references and for consistency problems (prices, delivery times, claims, safety warnings), and tell me what to change and why it could breach PayPal’s policies.
Document pack. Review my Companies House documents and tell me what PayPal is likely to ask for and what is missing. I need a rewritten authorisation letter addressed to PayPal.
Business description. Help me write a clear, honest explanation of a dropshipping model: overseas suppliers ship directly to customers, no stock is held, and the registered address is a virtual office.

Deliverables: Replacement policy text ready to paste into Shopify. A short checklist of changes for the site. A drafted business description and authorisation letter. One round of revisions after I make the changes.
