Fix Outlook Email setup and Delivery Issue.

My Outlook desktop client refuses to send or receive mail reliably and throws frequent error messages whenever I try. The account is tied to Microsoft 365, so it should behave like an Exchange mailbox, yet messages fail and experience consistent undeliverability problems.

Here is what I need from you:

• Pinpoint the root cause of the send/receive failures—whether it’s profile corruption, service-side throttling, an add-in conflict, or something else.
• Apply the fix remotely (PowerShell, Outlook profile rebuild, cache reset, or any proven method you trust) and show me the steps so I can replicate them later if required.
• Confirm that messages flow both directions instantly after the repair and that no sync errors remain in the Sync Issues folder.
• Provide a short report outlining what you changed and any preventive recommendations.

I’ll grant temporary remote access through the tool of your choice or follow step-by-step guidance on a screen-sharing session—whichever you prefer. Once Outlook is back to sending and receiving without errors, I also want to install the Microsoft Outlook 2016 free version in 2 of my laptops once it is done; the job is complete.
