Fix Outgoing Email Failure

My app’s email module has stopped sending messages altogether. I need a developer who can dive into the current setup, pinpoint why the “send” action stalls, and restore full delivery functionality. The app is wired to an internal “app”‐based email provider rather than Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo, so experience troubleshooting custom or self-hosted mail systems is essential.
What I expect from you:
• Trace the failure point—whether it’s authentication, port, TLS settings, or queue logic.
• Apply the necessary code or configuration changes so every triggered email leaves the server successfully and reaches the recipient’s inbox.
• Confirm success with test cases and a brief hand-off note explaining what was fixed and how to keep it stable.
Once the fix is deployed and verified, the job is done.
