Fix Orion software License Login Error -- 2

I have an on-premise ERP built in Oracle Forms 6i. The moment I launch the main form it crashes with the message “OP-221233 – Product License is expired,” so I cannot even reach the login screen. The crash happens instantly on opening; no menu or action is triggered beforehand.

I need someone who knows Oracle Forms 6i internals, its runtime licensing files, and the old Orion licensing mechanism to:

• Diagnose why the licence check is failing
• Apply or recreate the correct licence key / file so the application loads normally
• Confirm the form opens without crashing and allows standard login

You will have remote access to the server and runtime directory; everything is backed up already. Once I can log in and navigate the form without errors, the job is done.
