My WordPress site’s homepage and main navigation look normal but none of the links respond to clicks. I first spotted it only recently, so I’m not sure what triggered it.

Here’s what I have tried so far without success: deactivating all plugins one-by-one and clearing every cache layer (browser, hosting, and any caching plugin). The problem persists across devices and browsers, which makes me suspect a deeper theme, JavaScript, or CSS overlay conflict.

I need someone who can:
• Trace the root cause inside the theme, custom code, or scripts.
• Fix the underlying issue so every link on the homepage and menu becomes fully clickable again.
• Confirm the solution works on desktop and mobile, in at least Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

You’ll have full WP admin and (if needed) FTP or cPanel access. A short note explaining the cause and the exact changes you made will be the final deliverable, so I can keep future updates trouble-free.
