My water heater itself is fine, but the pipe or fitting right above it has started to drip steadily. I need someone who can pinpoint the exact spot, replace or reseal the connection, and leave the area bone-dry when you’re done.

Here’s what I expect:
• Trace and confirm the leak at the pipe/connection above the heater
• Repair or replace the faulty fitting using code-compliant parts
• Turn the system back on and run it long enough to prove there’s no seepage

The job is complete only when the joint stays dry under normal operating pressure for at least 30 minutes. Please tell me when you can come, what basic parts you usually carry for this kind of repair, and how long you’ll need once you’re on site.
