Fix Google Sheet Email Logic and Issue Emails

I’ve built a simple decision flow called “The Blood Test.” Visitors land on a webpage, click through to a Google Form, choose A, B, or C, and submit. Their choice reaches a linked Google Sheet that should immediately fire three emails, for each case.

Everything is set up—the form, the sheet, and a basic Apps Script—yet the sheet keeps mapping the answers to the wrong branch and no messages are sent. My priority is the Google Sheet logic: verifying the onFormSubmit trigger, correcting any mis-read of the A/B/C response, and getting the email routine working every time.

You’ll work live through AnyDesk; direct account access isn’t possible.

Deliverables
• Clean, commented Apps Script (or a new one if needed) inside the sheet
• OnFormSubmit trigger that correctly routes choices A, B, C
• Automated sending of the three existing email templates, confirmed during the session

Once those three points are ticking perfectly, the project is complete.
I have done much of the work myself - it should be a simple taks for someone who knows Apps Script, and Triggers.
